Every once in a while, Sony Interactive Entertainment takes over a company and after Audeze they now have a agreement concluded with iSIZE. This is a British company that specializes in improving the quality of media and entertainment while saving on the bitrate through AI.
In other words, they specialize in providing streaming content as efficiently as possible, which they do together with AI. At a time when streaming content is becoming increasingly important, including in gaming, it’s not a crazy move to acquire iSIZE.

The acquisition provides [Sony Interactive Entertainment] with significant expertise in applying machine learning to video processing, which will benefit a range of our R&D efforts as well as our video and streaming services.”
It is not known what amount is involved in the acquisition.
