Steam users will soon be able to take advantage of a new feature. This feature ensures that friends cannot see some games you own because they can be marked as ‘private’. SteamDB creator Pavel Djundik has announced in a X-Post let us know that Valve is working on this.
With the setting of individual games to ‘private’, a more specific function is added. At this time, friends may not be able to see which games you’re playing, but you’ll need to set your entire library, play activity, and Achievements to private. With the new feature, you can do this per title.
